Chocolatier “Konnerup Chokolade” is a must for those of you with a sweet tooth. All summer you can take part in guided tours at the chocolatier “Konnerup Chokolade” and get a firsthand impression of the exciting chocolate production. The shop is placed in the village of “Vester Aaby” east of Faaborg.

 

Smoked or fresh fish is linked to all harbour towns as rye bread is linked to a traditional Danish lunch. At several places in Faaborg you can enjoy lovely fish dishes, buy all sorts of fresh fish that you can prepare yourself, as well as choose from a large selection of smoked fish. Visit the café "Faaborg Røgeri Café" at the harbour or the fish shop "Fiskehuset Faaborg" at Havnegade number 13.
